You
can return any product within 10 days of delivery date. POS Data
Systems (PDS) will not accept returns of Print heads, Bar Code Media,
Software or Symbol Service Contracts under any circumstances.
All
products for return require a Return Materials Authorization (RMA)
number provided by PDS. Packages received without a RMA number will
not be accepted. Email our customer service department for a RMA
number and instructions for returning merchandise. RMA numbers are
valid for ten (10) days; returns are not acceptable after the expiry
of RMA numbers.
In
order to speed the process, provide us with the following information
within email:

Product
will be returned to customer under the following circumstances:

If a product is returned missing any components sent with the
original order.

If the condition of the returned product is in any way misrepresented.

If the received product is damaged in any way.
- If
there is not a valid and visible RMA number provided to you by
PDS.
- If
products show signs of use.
- If
a product returned as a Dead On Arrival (DOA) is tested as a full
functioning product. (There will be a restocking fee charged if
product is tested as functional.)
To
receive a replacement for returned merchandise, you must place a
new order. A second charge will be on your credit card until the
returned product is considered acceptable for return.
There
will be a 25% restocking fee charged on returns resulting from customer
error. Do not hesitate to contact us with your questions in order
to prevent errors. PDS reserves the right to make the final decision
on whether a product is deemed returnable. PDS is not responsible
for freight charges on returns.
PDS
recommends that you insure the package. All packages sent for return
must be shipped with the requirement of a signature upon receipt.
